FAQ:

    1. The dust cup cannot be assembled or is difficult to assemble.

Possible Cause 1: The assembly steps may not have been followed correctly.
Solution 1:
Refer to the main image video on the product purchase page for detailed steps on how to assemble the dust cup.


Solution 2:
Disassembly Steps for the Dust Cup:

Press the button on the top of the vacuum cleaner's head to remove the handle.
Hold the vacuum cleaner's head and rotate it counterclockwise to separate the main unit from the dust cup.
Rotate the cup holder inside the dust cup to remove the filter. Disassembly is complete.


Assembly Steps for the Dust Cup:
Align the filter with the latch on the cup holder and assemble the filter.
Align the notch on the cup holder with the power contact point on the dust cup and assemble the dust cup.
Align the main unit with the latch on the dust cup and rotate it clockwise to assemble the main unit.
Align the bottom of the handle with the latch on the main unit's output end and assemble the handle. Assembly is complete.

      2. The vacuum cleaner does not turn on properly.

Possible Cause 1: The battery is running low.
Solution 1:
Restart the vacuum cleaner after charging with the original adapter.

Possible Cause 2: Battery pack damaged.
Solution 2:
Replace the battery pack.


Possible Cause 3: The vacuum cleaner is charging and not unplugged.
Solution 3:
Unplug the adapter and restart the machine.


Possible Cause 4: Vacuum cleaner damaged by sucking in liquid.
Solution 4:
This product is a dry vacuum cleaner, and it is strictly forbidden to suck liquids.

 

     3. Automatically shuts down after power-on

Possible Cause 1: The filter and HEPA in the dust cup are clogged.
Solution 1:
Remove the dust cup and clean the filter and HEPA according to the cleaning instructions. Note that the HEPA filter should be replaced every three months.


Possible Cause 2: The floor brush is tangled.
Solution 2:
Inspect the floor brush and remove any tangles or obstructions.


Possible Cause 3: Battery pack high-temperature protection has been triggered.
Solution 3:
Allow the vacuum cleaner to cool down for at least one hour before using it again.


Possible Cause 4: The battery pack is not installed correctly.
Solution 4:
Reinstall the battery pack, ensuring it is properly seated and secured.

     4. The floor brush is tangled.

Solution 1:
Inspect the floor brush and remove any tangles or obstructions. Regularly check for hair or debris that may be wrapped around the brush and clean it thoroughly.


Possible Cause 2: The wire inside the extension tube is damaged.
Solution 2:
Disconnect the extension tube and connect the floor brush directly to the main unit. Turn on the machine and check if the floor brush operates normally. If it works properly, the extension tube is likely damaged and should be replaced.

Floor brush malfunction.

     5. The vacuum cleaner cannot pick up debris.

Possible Cause 1:
The air duct is blocked (including the bottom suction port of the floor brush, the extension tube, and the dust cup suction port).
Solution 1:
Check and clear any blockages at the bottom suction port of the floor brush, the extension tube, and the dust cup suction port. Ensure all components are free from debris or obstructions.


Possible Cause 2: The dust cup filter (including the HEPA filter) is blocked.
Solution 2:
Remove the dust cup and clean the filter and HEPA according to the cleaning instructions. Note that the HEPA filter should be replaced every three months for optimal performance.


Possible Cause 3: The sealing rubber ring at the connection has fallen off, resulting in poor sealing.
Solution 3:
Inspect the connection between the extension tube and the main unit to ensure the sealing ring is properly in place. If the sealing ring has fallen off or is damaged, contact customer service for a replacement.

    6. Garbage falls out after the vacuum cleaner is turned off.

Possible Cause 1:
The suction power of the HEPA filter is weakened due to dirt accumulation.
Solution 1:
Remove the dust cup and clean the filter and HEPA according to the cleaning instructions. The HEPA filter should be replaced every three months. Note that it is strictly forbidden to suck up liquids; doing so may damage the HEPA filter and require replacement.
